We pack and ship every order with care. All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Standard shipping times apply once dispatched. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order is on its way.
Returns
Because our soap roses are handcrafted and made in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your item, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery at hi@thesoapstore.in and we’ll make it right.
